Returns

2. Prepare Your Item

   Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Shipping

   • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

   • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: We will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
